What type of candle wax do you use?

All of our candles and wax melts are made with soy wax. Why soy? Soy wax allows for a cleaner burning candle without all of the harmful toxins that other waxes may contain. It can also be easily cleaned up with hot soapy water should you spill any of the wax.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?

Shipping Policy

Where do you ship?
We offer shipping all across the US. Currently we are not offering international shipping, but hope to do so in the near future. 

Do you offer free shipping?

All orders over $60 will automatically receive free shipping.

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed it will shipped out. You will receive a tracking number via email or sms messaging. 

TRACKING SHOWS MY PACKAGE IS DELIVERED BUT I CAN’T FIND IT. WHAT DO I DO?

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages and file a claim. We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout. 

Refund Policy

  • Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We are not responsible for candles that have melted due to climate or transportation
  • Discount codes must be applied at the time of your order. They will not be able to be added once you have checked out.
  • If you're experiencing an issue with your Soulfull Spaces order or are not 100% satisfied. Please reach out to hello@soulfullspaces.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos with a detailed description in your email so that we can determine how to best assist you. 
  • Sale items and products purchased during promotions are subject to final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Candle Care

  • Remove all packaging and discard before lighting. Place your candle on a level, well protected, heat resistant, dry surface away from children, pets or drafty areas. Never leave a lit candle unattended. 
  • Before lighting, always trim the wick to ¼” in height and remove all trimmings to allow for optimal flame height that will slowly melt an even pool of wax.
  • On your initial burn, allow the wax to melt or pool to the outer edges of the container. Allowing a full melt pool to form ensures an even burn without tunneling. This will also help soot from forming around the edges of your jar.
  • Remember; do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Do not use your candle once the wax reaches ½” from the bottom of the jar.
